I am very pleased SWF was the contractor assigned to restore my basement. As you know, it is a stressful time for anyone going through this event. Steve Daniels, President of SWF, came out to see me the same day I reported my problem to the insurance company for a failed water supply line to my ice maker. He patiently explained the procedures to be followed in cleaning up my water-soaked basement and restoring it to its original condition.  I am very happy with the restoration workmanship. His staff was efficient in cleaning up the mess, packing up what was still good and then helping me unpack and put items back in their original location. I have physical limitations therefore unable to lift, pack, or unpack my possessions and put them back where they belong. His staff was cheerful in helping me put my basement back to usability. Each time there was a completed activity, the staff was sure to clean up so there was no debris left. They were cognizant of my physical problems and were sure their materials were put away, so I would not fall over them. Thank you

I recently had a flood in my basement due to a malfunctioning water heater. I want to commend the contractor that serviced my claim, SWF Restorations. Within the hour of my claim on a Saturday, Steve Daniels, the President of SWF, was at my house rectifying the problem. He drained all the water out of my basement and set up machines to dry up the basement. By the time Steve left my home, I had access to my basement, saving me the inconvenience of not being able to wash my clothes for the weekend. Steve returned on Monday with his employee, Justin. They worked with efficiency, effectiveness, end expediency. They were courteous to me (and kind to my dog!). They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.
